Kingfisher Airlines Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Anil Kumar Ganguly has, because of indifferent health for the past few months which is preventing him from attending normal activities, resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company and his resignation has been accepted with effect from March 17, 2012.
