Called today at 4:05 after 99 calls (may be more, cos I took a call from a mate when I was making an outbound call, and iPhone's call log only has 100 places), got through to Mando line using GR in 46 mins.

Improvement? But now MMB is broken for one of my +1's bookings which I altered in the call, see next thread.
