For whatever reason--and it's perfectly understandable whatever it is--I'm going to assume at this point Randy is unable to help us out.

We're coming up on the beginning of September so I think if there's any sort of fight to be waged, now is the time.

I'm going to start drafting a letter and looking into direct channels of communication at DL; I have in the past had very nice correspondance with a VP, etc.

Having thought a lot about his (and who hasn't) I wonder if perhaps acting as a group (in the class action vain) might be more prudent. I don't think there's any right way to go about this, but I definitely feel not doing anything would be wrong.

Any interest in combining efforts?
