If I'm not mistaken I think there is a box in the International MLL. I know that I've walked by one recently in YYZ and am 90% sure that's where it is. Someone have a clearer memory?

As TCOOK says, AC also collects on international flights, but I've only ever been asked on an inbound flight to Canada not the other way around.
