Actually AC has become an active participant in fundraising activity such as the Every Bit Counts program which encourages customers to donate loose change of all denominations onboard or through airport collection containers.

Air Canada flight attendants are to invite customers to donate foreign currency on international and domestic flights. And now, as travelers walk through Terminal One at Lester B. Pearson International Airport and Jean Lesage International Airport in Quebec City, they see kid-friendly coin globes that they can make donations in all foreign currencies. These globes support hospitals from coast to coast.
