I tend to agree with ozstamps and Flying Dutchmen, for better or worse, I think that I tend to "gloss" over people who have fewer than 30 posts (except Wingless). I know that I do not have a justfied reason for doing so, but I only have a finite time to read the boards and I tend to spend it reading more established posters. I am sure that what I do now, I was once victim to, if not still. I kind of feel like I am in that grey area between being a "newbie" and a "veteran." This does not mean that I post just for the sake of posting to gain idiosyncrisy credits (er, posts) among my peers. I will post only when I have something relevant (at least in my mind) to contribute to the community; but then, I am not the judge of that.
My sentiments should certainly not discourage junior members from posting; if anything, I would hope to encourage them to do so. Even the people with thousands of posts on this board started as "newbies" and they are now some of the most respected voices in this community.
