Here in the FlyerTalk community we have the wonderful opportunity to both contribute to discussions on an equal level and learn from others regardless of how long we've been registered or how many posts we've made. The "Junior" designation might lead some people to the false conclusion that their ideas are somehow less valued than others'. "New Member" might be a clearer designation.
