Was there this week. The entire wing is NOT CLOSED. Just the top floor. The other two floors are nicely renovated, all services including showers are available and the noodle and coffee bars are great. The only difference is that one side of the second floor is reserved for first where they have staff to bring you canapes that only the staff can access. They will also bring you drinks which you can still get yourself.
