They haven't CAUGHT any, even though we know many have moved through the system. This dovetails perfectly with Pistole's quote about the haystack. This statement:
"We can reduce the size of the haystack when we are looking for that one-in-a-billion terrorist," said TSA Administrator John Pistole.
Should have been...
"We, obviously, have never been able to find the needle, so we're trying to reduce the size of the haystack. We're going to start looking for the one-in-a-100 million terrorist, because that will tilt the odds in our favor. Nothing to worry about here. Trust me."
