I fail to see why perfect service should be linked to Diamond status or 50 nights, especially if one stays at Hyatt's ueber brand Park Hyatt.

Judging from your recent comments & questions, I assume you are a new Diamond member, so you are basically at the bottom of the Diamond chain.

One has to understand that there are many more Diamond members with more credentials to their resume, so I would be surprised, if you could really score when it comes to upgrades on your upcoming trips to Europe. Not because they do not treat you right, as pointed out before, all of them play by the rules 100% when it comes to upgrades, but also because you compete, among others, against certain guys, who stay 50-100 nights at one property per year...

And those guys are often happy, if they receive a room on the club floor and not two floors down resulting in a daily commute to the club lounge...

And a junior suite at the Park Milan is not a real suite upgrade (and unfortunately a terrible value for the e-upgrades)
