The difference between Park & Park Deluxe does not really exist in many properties per se and Park Deluxe seems to be the 'úpgraded room' for a vast majority of Diamond guests staying at a Park around the world.
Exceptions like the old Park Los Angeles or Park San Francisco with lots of suites that were given out routinely to Diamond guests are long gone.
If you dish out $ 700-800 in Zuerich or Milan, you can expect to be treated well, Diamond status might enhance the treatment, but again the Park Hyatt properties in Europe are not known to go out of their way for many normal and even really good & loyal Diamond members.
