"In review" is not really bad. BUT it does give you a chance to be flagged. As previous posts have indicated, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do your due diligence and make sure that your transfer has cleared BEFORE attempting to transfer.
The money I transferred back to my bank was in my Fido account for at least 10 business days. Not sure why it was sent to review, but it is what it is.
