PC's worst nightmare is people buying RA Certs from ebay with the intention of abusing the system and drinking IC's dry. Accepted this is not the case here I would not be surprised if it's happened.
It would be interesting to know how many of these emails have been sent out, perhaps the OP got a standard message which is too harsh in his case.
I don't think so. I think they are well aware of ebay things. They don't have to offer RA Certs to RAs. There must be something good for IHG.
And I also really want to hear the hotel's opinion.
The thing is that I consumed mini-bar within the limit. This fact won't be changed anyway.
By the way, I'm not the RA with Certs. I renewed with my stays.
