So aside from a few days in advance, is there any way to check what plane they assigned to a route?

Also, I've got a IAH-LIM flight in June and would love to see them upgrade the 763 domestic to lie-flats and new tvs. Anyone know if they are gonna begin the conversions on those? Why do they even fly a domestic on a International route?
