All of the Hertz models I have seen were the Luxury edition and will include all the associated package items, I have seen some with rear entertainment packages as well. All Escalades have Bluetooth, but none support Bluetooth Audio like Infiniti and other manufacturers (small annoyance, but something they need to fix).

If you plan on having the seats down, especially the third row, you'll have a lot of room for luggage, the seats fold and tumble forward opening up a lot of room.
