I have an impression that the LNF team is not doing their jobs properly, but I think it's more that they are incompetent and not bothering rather than the IHG/Choice type.
I have had wrong denials, e.g. they denied me for a property in San Francisco for using perpaid voucher - they said, 'for properties outside the US.....' Come on it's SF!
Anyway, whenever I get these wrong messages, I double checked the website (if they couldn't find the rate, which happened a handful of times), and if it's still there, then I'll write back to tell them to verify the rate again. Usually the claim gets through after I wrote to them.
Once they calculated my LNF rate wrong and they refused to change it. So I made another reservation and then filed another claim and got it.
