You are RA and I think that makes a difference. If you are Plat a club upgrade is extremely unlikely these days. You will get upgraded to a premium room or if you book a premium room you will get a corner premium room which is the same but basically has a closet. I do like the Silom for later arrivals as the lobby serves food and drink 24 hours.
