DTW is usually very good with DL priority tagged bags. The containers with these bags are offloaded first.
The only catch is that when the 744 arrival into DTW two luggage carousels are used which makes picking up bags interesting. IME usually all the priority bags are on the same carousel.
Without waiting for check luggage the fastest from BE lower cabin with GE/Nexus to B concourse SC is around 10 minutes at a brisk walk.
The key is getting to the TSA checkpoint before the amateur hour.
GE and BE seating should expedite the arrival process until you get to the TSA checkpoint where everyone lines up unlike NRT with priority lanes for premium passengers.
