In talking with SMI about meeting at 4 pm, the tentative plan would be to have it landside (pre-security). If for some reason they want to do it airside I would assume they would arrange for gate passes but as of right now that is not part of the plan.
The thing to keep in mind is that independent of us....March 25th is a big day for Delta at LGA. In addition to Delta's own plans to get media attention/coverage... they will also be dealing with the actual increase in work/overhead from the increased number of flights that start on that day...
That's true, they'll be real busy. I guess we shouldn't expect too much from them in regards to us other than a quick thanks and maybe some Q&A and/or HOOU vouchers
