Sounds like the tech team needs to get out of the cubicle and make a trip to the shop floor.

I begged to participate in BUAT, but never received a reply.

Many "Little bugs" could have been surfaced and solved for.

Why.would the word "HOLD" under gate mean anything is wrong with your ticket.

In addition, you could have verified the gate information by looking at the flight status page, where it too will say HOLD, unless a gate has been assigned in the interim.

I am simply offering up a "challenge".
HOLD can mean many things.
"Challenge" is good.

Oh by the way, when I reached CSRV (The Phillipines) I challenged the answers I was given; and was given three completely different meanings to the word HOLD in The Gate field:
1) The plane, after arriving DEN was traveling onto Washington state, ( i forget the city named).....I said what???????
2) The gate is A9, so your Boarding Pass is On HOLD (come to find out, agent was looking at todays flight and gate assignment.
3) Finally received correct answer: Gate Not Assigned

Why not just populate the Gate field with GNA
If the field is character limited to 4 positions.
