Annual fee just showed up on my Venture card so I called CSR and asked if there was any way to have the fee waived or points given in lieu of. He looked at my spending and said "yes, we can do a one time waiver of the fee." Cool. I'll use it for a trip to Europe this fall since it has no forex fee.
