PN, tracking to the P bucket...

I did two buy ups in the past week. One was purchased in V--upgraded and confirmed in PN, the other from S, upgraded and confirmed in A.

AFAIK, the A will earn the fare class PQM bonuses, but the PN will not? What determines the fare class confirmed into when buying up?
