I take issue with your statement that I have spread misleading information. Let's take a look at what I said:

1. LatinPass did not credit my bonus miles. (Justified statement -- they haven't)
2. LatinPass has changed the conditions.
(Justified statement -- they originally said that the miles would post when I faxed boarding passes and receipts; now they say that there will be a significantly longer processing time and that I will have to deal with their bureucratic nonsense; after all of this is complete, they say that they will post my miles unless another "issue" pops up)
3. You should be careful when dealing with LatinPass.
(Justified statement -- these are the same people that introduced a major condition during the promotion and didn't remove it until Randy ran his editorial; these are the same people that clearly have a problem giving correct information on the telephone. I simply think that it would be wise to excercise caution. Do you disagree?)
4. I will probably get my miles eventually.
(Justified statement -- I met all of the requirements for the miles, and I intend to get them.)

I posted my experiences with LatinPass so that others could learn and benefit from them, since very few people have actually attempted the bonus. But if I'm going to be flamed, it's no problem for me to keep my comments to myself.

As for our views of LatinPass, we're going to have to agree to disagree. I clearly think that LatinPass should stand by what it consistantly tells its members -- there is a basic trust that should not be broken. And you have the right to your own opinion. But let's not call each other names because of it.
