LatinPass
I am having serious problems getting the 500,000 mile bonus posted to my LatinPass account. I cannot resolve the issue because none of the telephone representatives will or have the power to do anything, the General Manager seems to be perpetually gone, and nobody will let me set up an appointment with the Program Director, let alone speak with him on the telephone. Guy Booth said a few weeks ago in this forum that he wanted LatinPass to be the most "simpático" frequent flyer program. Words are fine, but I have yet to see action.
