The system will not allow me to change the ticket online.

I told the two agents and the supervisor that I expected to pay a change fee.

The two agents and the supervisor all told me that if I cancel the ticket I will simply lose the money!

By the way, they are all Continental people (i.e. none are pre-merger United agents).
