WeatherBug - I have the paid version from when it was an Amazon Free App of the Day. You have several choices for the widget and the radar is really nice.
Another vote for WeatherBug Elite from me. I got it free from Amazon as well, but it's become one of those apps that "I would have paid for had I known how awesome it was."
