However my biggest peeve is that when you print your boarding pass or send it to you phone, email, cat's home or wherever it never tells you about the Lounges that are available. The system must know if your fare or your status entitles you to this or not.
Lounge info should be an option in MMB. Some airports have more specific information about where to find the lounge than others (i.e. "by gate 25" rather than "past security"), but there should be some indication.
At Gibraltar you have to ask at check in as there's a code to get in. Others (TLV and PRG for instance) you need an invite.
On the other hand, at Dulles the lounge is well advertised from the concourse. Heathrow T5 is obviously well signposted, but T3 is a bit more hidden if I remember right.
At Amsterdam the only signs are to "Airport lounge 42" etc, I had to ask at an information booth air-side for which one the BA one was.
Printing the lounge into on the boarding pass would be handy (perhaps instead of the advert)
