DL can stuff it's T&C. Contracts of adhesion are not enforceable.
Of course I'd be angry if moved...that does not mean DL has not clearly stated they may do so...even if I do not like it.

I'm not saying it was RIGHT for the OP nor that they should not send a complaint in...but they can change passenger's seats. They absolutely need to do a better job notifying passengers when changes (EC to Y, flight delays, etc.) occur.

I have been moved out of EC due to a/c changes...FORTUNATELY, I was paying attention in advance and moved myself back to an EC seat.
