I've now had a few calls answered by CO agents in SLC. Very nice, professional, and in their words "very familiar with the system..." and it showed as things were done very quickly.
I have had three calls answered by the SLC agents and my experiences with them have been wonderful.
They certainly know the system (SHARES) better than the Dearborn agents do so every interaction/transaction has been quick - and pleasant.
