I agree with Mileking. While this may seem like a good idea, you need to consider your employees too. Not just for their miles, but what about their lost luggage? What about their flight delays? What about, god forbid, when the plane crashes and their family gets nothing because they didn't pay with their own credit card (yours wouldn't pay for their deaths, not to mention lost or late luggage coverage which many cards have now).

I think you need to try and find a small corporate card that lets you accumulate the miles into big daddy's mileage/point account while giving each employee their own card. I believe Citibank may have something like this. Otherwise, I would forget the idea, even if the employees aren't getting miles from the dollars spent, there are more important concerns, so be sure to find something that works for everyone.

hope that isn't too harsh, sorry, definately go out and find something that will work, don't waste the point potential, and whatever it is, your travel professional should be helping find it our they are out the door in my book.
