How considerate... arrive and shut down highways during Fri afternoon/evening rushhour and cause delays at the busiest airport to get some money. Probably cost the taxpayers more for the trip on AF-1 than he'll get for his campaign at the fundraiser too.
Before this goes to far down the path, lets recall that ANY president travelling ANYWHERE at any time creates the same traffic and costs. I have personally parked on HWY 101 South near SFO for Bush #1, 75/85 in ATL for Clinton, and Westside Parkway in NYC for Bush #2, and delayed in the air for Obama to takeoff from MIA.
Unfortunate, but that's the reality of the office and security detail.
