The LH lounge is very close to the train station for B, too; IIRC, you get off the train, go up the escalators, and then turn right in the B concourse, walk about 50 feet, and the LH lounge is on the left.
If your UA flight leaves from C (most likely), you can catch the train back to C, following it B -> Main Terminal -> A -> C. Note that the station for the C concourse does require a bit of a hike from the station to the concourse, as it's positioned for the future midfield concourse and not the "temporary" C/D dungeon.
