For all I know, target offers are for individuals, not per household.

Not to mention the links associated with target offers are all specifically bundled with the personal info of said target persons. I doubt you can "share" with or take advantage of those linked offers from your 4-year-old.

Don't feel bad though. Target offers work in some mysterious ways. Sometimes even pets get better luck than the owners:
