How does the priority pass work though? What times? All the time?

Because at IAD they have a sign on the wall by the lift that takes you up to the lounge that says priority pass folks can use the lounge but only early in the day and until about 2 or 3 p.m. or summat. (Can't remember exact time). Then they turn into pumpkins and have to leave.

They can't use it when ticketed BA premium pax are beginning to arrive for the 3 evening flights.
