If you have the time, the LH Senator Lounge is the best *A lounge in IAD, but you will need your * Gold Card and your UA Boarding Pass to get in. Otherwise, go to the United Club that's closest to your departing flight.
All gates at IAD are behind the common security checkpoint and one can access any of the concourses via walking/AirTrain.
