Well, I called BAEC and they said no problem, I'm entitled for Gold and they will request BA back office will manually fix it. Now I have been waiting 2 weeks w/o status change. What's your advice, should I just keep on waiting or should I call them more often (I have called like 3 times or so) or what?
Welcome to FT! You should keep haranging them, and if that doesn't do the trick, PM Nicci, the resident BA helper at
BA Executive Club. Good luck, and hope you stick around to contribute more on the forum.
