Dear all,
On 02.03.2012, I got my flight cancelled from Amsterdam to Oslo, 6 hours before the flight was plannend to departure. I got no help from the Norwegian customer service, and eventually bought myself a KLM flight for 200 euros. I have been clearly denied boarding, and under the EU regulations be compensated for 250 euros + the price of the original ticket?
Since, I arrived, I have sent an email to their customer relations department (
[email protected]), and have been waiting.... Now it has been 3 weeks, how much longer do you think I should wait, or how should I proceed?
