There is already a surplus situation. So that means for the same pay, the pilots will fly lesser now (excluding those variable allowance).

If I were a SIA pilot, I would ask, what is the incentive to take this no pay leave.

If SQ wants some of them to help Scoot, then there must also be something in it for these pilots.

It seems like a odd strategy to me.
