Simple question: Do they exist?

If yes, then there seems to be problems with the mechanism to sign up for them.

If no, then could we consider them? I've had tons of free time lately to read virtually all posts which interest me; but I shudder to think how I'll keep up with the board once my schedule gets busier again.
