But this one may have merit. Seems like the first error may have been on the part of the GA. For whatever reason, looks like that one UG seat was overlooked so #1 on the list should have been bumped up. If anyone should have gotten the seat in F, that's who it should have been.

So if the GA dropped the ball and turned in the manifest to the FA with an empty seat, there is no way the FA would know who #1 was unless there was only one DM/PM whatever in Y. Instead, it sounds like the GA just went to a non-rev. Little did the FA know that that decision would become prime FT meat.

If this was a RJ9, that would be Delta Connection, no?
