1. reply after 30 days
2. copy and paste
3. no address of your issue or address other issue which is not yours
4. no solution
5. no apology
6. no compensation or 3000 miles for 1K.

They don't need relationship and they just want your money.
After you pay them, they just DON'T CARE.
If, a big if, they ever respond to you at all.

How PMCO elites put up with this kind of rubbish is completely beyond me.
