As someone who flew in 21J once (I snaged it at Check-In @ FCO while coming back from Study Abroad) I can tell you that 21ABHJ IMO are the best seats on the 763ER. Now from what I saw while looking row 20 I couldn't figure out why anyone would want to sit there.
