Was your email clear, concise and to the point? Did you state the specific outcome you desired?

OP, you point it out yourself - you were complaining about reservations but really the issue was in regards to another matter. They'll no doubt speed read these, speed respond and obviously missed on whatever it was you needed them to do.

Having said that, I'd probably agree with you if you also posted what you sent so we can ready it for ourselves
