While getting ready to land, the FC FA game around with warm handtowels. We all one of just looked at each other considering it was about a 40 minute flight.

Nice touch, but odd. I asked it this was a new thing and he said it should always happen. I told him I just arrived on the exact same plane from MKE, and it did not.
When Chautauqua Airways operated one of the CVG-SBN routes years ago, they offered everyone on board a hot towel, even though the flight was only 35 minutes long. Neither Comair nor ASA offered this.
