PMCO WE DON'T CARE always reply "cut and paste"
You will see more and more of this kind cut and paste in the future.

If the CS does go to PMCO way in the future, you will see
1. reply after 30 days
2. copy and paste
3. no address of your issue or address other issue which is not yours
4. no solution
5. no apology
6. no compensation or 3000 miles for 1K.

They don't need relationship and they just want your money.
After you pay them, they just DON'T CARE.
