Looks like I got shafted on the Shell bonus because of this:

Also, when BAEC announced their 2,000 bonus for shell months ago I changed my preference on the shell site to BAEC but they still posted to Avios.com last week

This makes no sense to me at all!

I also don't understand why people are getting their 2,000 bonuses already, when the first quarter in the list is Jan/Feb/Mar unless the Oct/Nov/Dec referred to below was actually Oct/Nov/Dec 2011, very misleading to put it last on the list and not mention which year they are talking about if that is the case!

I'll never fly Shell again!
