I called AAdvantage today to check coach award availability for GIG-IGU or SDU-IGU on June 3, and there's no availability on either route. There's also no availability on the IGU-GRU route on June 6. They checked GOL and LAN, and I was planning to use my AAdvantage miles. Do you think 2 seats might become available on any of those routes on those dates sometime soon? I'm not too familiar with how the Brazilian award inventory is.

Did I just wait too late, or is it usually hard to find any coach availability on those routes?
