They have been good to me. Actually, they let me change a flight from HKG-CGK to HKG-DPS and change the dates, and they didn't charge a fee (though they should of). Similar situation and didn't change pricing.
Hi, thanks for the replies! To answer the one above, I know they could change the dates(if FF seats are available), but I am fairly certain we have to complete our journey by 11/14/12 - one year from when ticket was booked. Is this not the case?
