Try a "e-mail itinerary" from the reservation page itself - with PNR. But the ticket number is the Sterling item, as PNRs change and are recycled, and are assigned upon booking - a ticket number is assigned once the itinerary is actually ticketed.

Thanks for your input, hillrider and cbrn3. I don't have the e-ticket in my email. Maybe AA can re-send it. But, good to know that if the ticket numbers are there in the Refunds data that AA will have the info system-wide. So, I guess I'm okay. Still curious about why the itinerary won't print out from inside the rez.
