Try a "e-mail itinerary" from the reservation page itself - with PNR. But the ticket number is the Sterling item, as PNRs change and are recycled, and are assigned upon booking - a ticket number is assigned once the itinerary is actually ticketed.

But, good to know that if the ticket numbers are there in the Refunds data that AA will have the info system-wide. So, I guess I'm okay. Still curious about why the itinerary won't print out from inside the rez.
