Didn't you already receive an email from AA with the ticket numbers in it? That's sufficient (the barcode doesn't do anything except save you from typing 6 letters at check-in kiosks).
If not, write to
www.aa.com/customerrelations explaining what happened and requesting an email/fax copy.
AA.com is buggy; don't worry about it as long as the ticket you saw from searching
www.refunds.aa.com is correct; that's a live copy of what's in AA's systems.
